    Can you please share the IP address of the server where your website is hosted? You can ask your hosting provider for this information.

    Also, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.

    We tried logging in but we are blocked, so we can’t fully debug the issue.
