To check the issue, we would need to run the troubleshooter of the Health Check plugin or deactivate the plugins manually. However, it seems like the Health Check plugin is not working properly on your website.
In this case, I suggest you create a staging website and replicate the issue there and share its logins so that we can perform the troubleshooting there and your live website doesn’t get affected by the troubleshooting.

As u can see in the image here, Rank Math auto-generated another breadcrumbs (the second one) the first one is the correct one.

The login credentials seem like they are no longer working. We would love to continue debugging this but before doing that could you please clarify if you are adding any piece of code related to breadcrumbs to your website?
I can see that the theme calls a function called savon_breadcrumbs to generate the breadcrumbs but it seems that function is being called twice when Rank Math is enabled.
If you are not adding any piece of code yourself, could you please get in touch with the theme developers and ask if they have experienced something similar with Rank Math on any other websites?

I insert breadcrumbs by going to “Edit Page”, and below there is a breadcrumbs setting area where I have “admin option”, “Individual option”, or “disable”
I choose “Disable” for homepage and “Admin option” on About Us page and the rest of the pages that are now having 2 breadcrumbs.
The theme support came back to me and asks me to switch to a different SEO plugin. But I am used to using Rank Math so would like to continue using it. But if this really can’t be fixed I am afraid that I might need to make the switch..
Please let me know if u have found the solution for this problem.
