You use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to help you find the culprit plugin or theme without interrupting your site’s visitors/users. The plugin doesn’t find the conflict on its own.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the theme (please update if not yet), it could be caused by a conflict with one of your plugins/theme.
