    Hi,

    I’m trying to purchase the Pro plan but it’s keeps failing, asking me to contact support. Can you please help with this? Do I need to contact my bank?

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.

    I am using a credit card, an usually have no problems making payments online. The message I’m getting is

    “We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”

    Do you happen to use a VPN service? If you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.

    If the issue still persists, please provide the email address you used to purchase so we can locate the transaction to check what happened. You can add them in the sensitive data section

    The country of the card issuance authority and your IP location is not matching.

    That is why our payment processor has put a block on your card till 24 Sept.

    We request you to wait for 2 days and then attempt the purchase again. Do make sure you are choosing the correct location from the dropdown while making the purchase:

    I am choosing the correct location. I work for a company based in a different country and I’m using the company credit card, so the IP and card issuance authority location will not match.

    Is there a way to remove this block?

    Unfortunately. there is no way to remove this block. Please ask the card owner residing in the same country to make the purchase as otherwise, it will get flagged due to card country/IP mismatch.
