I have tried every support information and multiple payment methods. I cannot seem to pay for the Pro Plugin? Something is wrong on the RankMath side of things.
It keeps stating
“We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”I have tried 2 different business cards, plus my paypal account. I have tried paying from my RankMath account. I have tried updating my payments methods in there. Nothing works.
I have made sure the chrome browser allows pop ups and no ad blockers. I have selected for Australia the country of origin.
I don’t have a VPN.
I called my bank. They said they can’t even seen any attempts for payment.
You have a major issue. I beleive I tried doing this many months ago on a number of occasions and it didn’t work, and I did not pursue to this much effort. I read the blog post/help post you have on this addressing this message. I assume this is a regular issue? For a large company like yours I believe you want to get this payment inconvenience settle properly. It’s actually quite annoying and has been very time consuming.
I’d like to know how to proceed? I never had this issue in the past.
