Further to my previous message, I’ve now decided I’d like to cancel the Rank Math PRO subscription entirely until further notice.
The original purchase was made under h****@f***********, but after reviewing the current needs of the FixLayer site, I’ve realised the PRO features aren’t necessary right now.
Please process a full refund for this account and cancel any active subscriptions associated with it.
Thank you for your support — I’ll likely return to PRO once the project reaches a later stage.

As requested, we have initiated a refund for your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those PRO files in the member area on Rank Math.
Also, we have merged your account into a single one using your preferred email address.
