I actually do have TWO Rank Math accounts – because I have two websites, and I LOVE Rank Math!
Both accounts have rank math pro. I have watched the videos, and that is why I asked what I asked – I cannot get the PRO plugin files to upload!!

We would like to verify if you own both websites and not a client site. Because if you own both of them, you can use your Rank Math PRO to an unlimited site that you personally own.
Having said that, would you like to merge both accounts into one to avoid this type of confusion in the future and extend your subscription to January 2025?

Both of these are mine and used by me – I don’t have clients. I did buy AI credits as well. I want to use Rank Math Pro for both sites – BetsiWorld.com and FloridaTravelDestination.com
Please advise how to do that AND how to install Rank Math Pro. I have watched the video 6 times and I STILL can’t load the pro files in either site.
Could someone please respond back to me relating to the above question, and the convos that follow. I love Rank Math but right now I need some assistance.

We have fixed and transferred the subscription to this account. You’ll also notice that the PRO badge is already showing on your account details.
Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/
Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.
You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.
You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

I e watched the video SIX times! I STILL CANNOT LOAD RM PRO!
The question is the files are unzipped. Can I load all of them or one by one? I’ve tried the while package with no luck. Loading file by file will take HOURS -HELP!!!

I have successfully added and activated Rank Math PRO on your website.
The issue was with another SEO plugin, after deactivating that, I was able to upload and activate the PRO smoothly.
