Cannot Enable Breadcrumbs Feature in Rank Math

    Hello Rank Math Support Team,

    I am experiencing an issue with enabling the Breadcrumbs feature in Rank Math. The switch to enable or disable Breadcrumbs is greyed out and unresponsive.

    My theme, Astra, supports Rank Math Breadcrumbs as indicated in the theme features (rank-math-breadcrumbs is listed). Here are the steps I’ve taken so far:

    1. Verified theme support for Rank Math Breadcrumbs.
    2. Added the suggested code in the theme’s functions.php file:

    add_theme_support(‘rank-math-breadcrumbs’);

    3. Cleared all caches.

    Despite these steps, the Breadcrumbs feature remains unresponsive. Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Astra has already added support for our Breadcrumbs, and that’s why you can’t change the breadcrumbs option of our plugin. The breadcrumbs are already enabled and are to be handled by the theme.

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on an issue regarding the Breadcrumbs settings in Rank Math.

    According to the guidance provided, I should navigate to “Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Breadcrumbs” to configure Breadcrumbs. However, upon accessing this section, I do not see the option to select “Rank Math” under “Customizer > Breadcrumb > Breadcrumb Source,” as mentioned in the instructions. The Customizer menu does not appear on my screen, making it impossible for me to proceed with selecting Rank Math as the Breadcrumb source.

    Could you please advise on how to proceed or if there is an alternative method to enable Rank Math Breadcrumbs since the Customizer menu is not visible on my WordPress dashboard?

    I would like to know if using the plugin to generate a temporary login URL can bypass the 2FA or if any other method is required. If it is necessary to disable the 2FA temporarily, please let me know the proper procedure to do so.

    Hello.

    I couldn’t wait for long time to get reply, so deactivated rank math and reinstalled the rank math with basic version. now, it seems go fine as I don’t need to configure many things even breadcrumbs.
