The URL that you have shared has the query parameters and unfortunately, Rank Math Redirection module doesn’t support redirecting URLs with query parameters. Therefore they are returning a 404 error and aren’t following the fallback settings.
You will need to use .htaccess redirects or a separate plugin that allows redirecting URLs with query parameters.
