    Hi Guys

    Im new to this…i purchased an upgrade on your account under my name Oscar Pastrana s******@p*******************……i cannot seem to have my wordpress account see the upgrdae…. please help

To resolve this, please ensure that you are using the same email address for your Rank Math account that you used when you purchased the PRO plan. Here are the steps to connect your Rank Math PRO account:

    1. Log into your WordPress Admin Area.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help.
    3. Click on the Disconnect Account button if your free version is already connected.

    4. After disconnecting, click on the Connect Now button.

    5. You will be redirected to rankmath.com to connect your account. Make sure to use the same email associated with your PRO purchase.
    6. Once connected, you can activate your license from the same Help tab.

    To use Rank Math PRO, you first need to download the plugin from your Rank Math dashboard. If you do not see the PRO plugin in the download section, please log out, clear the browser cache and log back in.

    You can download the PRO plugin from your Rank Math account dashboard here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    After downloading the plugin, you need to install and activate it on your site. The PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. So you will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work.
