In this case, please skip the step where you will need to connect your website to your Google account in the setup wizard.
Then, ensure that your Rank Math plugin is in the latest version and head over to your WordPress website’s dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and on this page, please disconnect and reconnect.
Once done, you can connect to your Google account in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics. Here’s a link for more information:

Please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your website in an incognito window in Chrome.
2. Remove the access to Rank Math from your Google account:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions?gar=1&pli=1

3. Reconnect with your Google account, give all the permissions, and configure the settings.

I did try the same. Also, I disconnected the website and tried connecting it again from my wordpress dashboard. It did not work. I wanted to see the analytics in the dashboard, and without the connection, it will not work.
