Cannot connect AI credits to rankmath on my site - Support

I have tried several times to connect the AI content plan I purchased today. I have logged in and connected the website to rankmath. Nothing is available on the site.

We will need a screen share to work this out.

4. Refresh Credits: After reconnecting, head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again to ensure the plugin requests the updated credits from our server.

Every time I try to refesh the credits under General > Content AI I receive this message-
“The response is not a valid JSON response”

Hello,

We have gone ahead and fixed this from our end.

You should see in your Rank Math dashboard that the plugin is disconnected from your rankmath.com account.

Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and reconnect your Rank Math account.

Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
