Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
There is a CMB2 conflict with your current theme that is causing this issue. I have raised this issue with our dev team and we will be getting back to you in a short while.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello,
We are investigating this.
For now, please switch to any other theme temporarily. Complete the setup process and then switch back to your own theme.
This might not be ideal but it will get the job done in cases like these where there is a conflict between your theme and the plugin.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Good advice! I should have thought of that.
I have successfully switched to a default theme and uploaded the Logo for Google and a Default Social Share Image. It seemed to work, however, when I went back to my normal theme and doubble checked in Setup Wizard to make sure they were still there, the Logo for Google had switched to a different image that I didn’t assign.
It’s still basically the logo that I want, just not the correct file/dimensions that I had intended. But at least there are files uploaded for both Logo for Google and a Default Social Share Image now! That is an improvement!
Let me know if there is any progress on your end, thanks!

Hi Katherine,
You can maybe try and upload a new logo with the correct size. In the meantime, we will also look closely at this and release a fix.
I did try to upload a logo of the right size through Setup Wizard. The only thing I can think of is that when I switch back to my normal theme it goes back to drawing the logo from the “Theme Options > General Settings > Logo Image” section.
Unfortunately I cannot change that image because that is what shows up on the home page, and must be the true logo, where as I am trying to upload a more optimized image for the Google Logo upload section of Setup Wizard since it recommends a square image.
Thank you for your hard work! Looking forward to the fix.

I see.
We will be taking a closer look and we will issue a fix if required.
You can also try and ask for help from your theme provider. They seem to be using some conflicting classes.
