Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing issues accessing the Rank Math SEO analyzer on your new post page. It sounds like you’ve already taken several steps to troubleshoot the problem, which is great. Here are a few additional suggestions that might help:
-
Check for JavaScript Errors: Sometimes, JavaScript errors can prevent certain features from loading. You can check for errors in your browser’s console (right-click on the page and select "Inspect", then go to the "Console" tab).
-
Clear Cache: If you have any caching plugins installed, try clearing the cache. Additionally, clear your browser cache or try accessing the page in an incognito window.
-
Disable Other Plugins: Temporarily disable other plugins to see if there’s a conflict causing the issue. If the SEO analyzer works after disabling other plugins, you can enable them one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
-
Check User Permissions: Ensure that your user role has the necessary permissions to access Rank Math features.
-
Reinstall Rank Math: As a last resort, you might consider reinstalling the Rank Math plugin to ensure that all files are intact and properly configured.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your website URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to get this resolved for you soon!

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the plugin below to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
