    Dear RankMath Support Team,

    I am writing to request the cancellation of my “Content AI Starter” subscription on my RankMath account. Unfortunately, I could not find an option to cancel the subscription on the website.

    Below are the details of my subscription:

    Start Date: January 29, 2024
    Next Billing Date: January 29, 2025
    Price: $59.88 per year
    Please proceed with the cancellation of my subscription at your earliest convenience and confirm the cancellation.

    Attached is a screenshot of the relevant page from my account for your reference.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    As requested, we have successfully canceled your Content AI Trial, and you won’t get billed for its renewal. Your Content AI Start plan will expire on January 29, 2025.
