    Meanwhile, there is no active subscription on the account you are using to contact us.

    Can you please search and share the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can verify your subscription with us?

    However, would you want to delete your Rank Math account?

    Please note that when we delete your account, you won’t be able to access your Rank Math account and its features.
