    Hey! We have a pro account and want to cancel our annual subscription. We lastly payed with PayPal in January 25 (transaction ID: 2DD8117388253210D) but we can not find a subscription in our account and we do not have any emails guiding to fast spring, as the AI chat says. Can you please help??

    Could you please share the PayPal email address you used to pay for the subscription so we can check in our system?
