thank you for the answer. I have read how to cancel the subscription. Unfortunately, no active subscription can be found.
That’s why I’m confused why I’m getting the email that my subscription is being renewed. Can you please check this internally?

The Content AI plan is active in your account. But, the FastSpring account used to purchase it must have been created with a different email address.
We have canceled your Content AI plan, and you will not be charged for its renewal.
