Cancel and Refund

    I was horrified to see a charge of $101.87 hit my account. (see attached invoice)

    I went into the system last week and canceled the upcoming auto pay, yet I was charged the annual renewal today.

    I do not have any websites or use for your tool any longer. (It was a great tool; I no longer do websites).

    Please cancel any subscriptions and refund the $101.87.

    Please notify me when the refund has been issued and confirm that no future billings will occur.
