I expect that when I have written to you guys about I want to cancel my Content AI subscription a day before the renewal date, that I don’t get charged just because you guys don’t answer back in time. I WILL NOT PAY for something I want to cancel but can’t cancel in the control panel of my account. If you charge me for a new full year, I want a 100% refund
