Although the code is released under GPL, many aspects of the plugin including UI and graphs are our property. Certain features need a connection to our server which requires a paid license. You will need a paid license to use the PRO features.

Yes, you may use Rank Math safely as long as you are aware of who is distributing the plugin and if they edited any of the code or not. Please refer to our article here: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-nulled/. GPL doesn’t have anything to do with the security of the code. It’s just a license that governs its usage and distribution.
