Check if your Content AI Subscription is Active: If you see a message stating that you need an active subscription, it means your plan may not be active. You can check your subscription status and select a plan if needed by visiting this page: Select a Content AI plan.

Ensure Your Website is Connected to Rank Math: If you see a message prompting you to connect your Rank Math account, please click the Connect Now button in your WordPress dashboard to log into your Rank Math account.

Refresh Your Credits: If you have an active subscription but still cannot use the Content AI, you may need to refresh your credits. You can do this by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refreshing the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Hello. I can’t use an ai plan subscription on my wordpress website veggiehealth.org. Can you get it started for me? It’s been months since I bought it for nothing and I would really like to be able to use it a little anyway!!!

We can see the Content AI Starter subscription on your account. In this case, if you’re not able to see the credits on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:
