Yes, Rank Math can be used without installing Google Analytics only for optimizing your website’s content and structure for search engines. It does not require Google Analytics to function.
However, Rank Math analytics features can only be used and integrated with Google Analytics.

Unfortunately, Rank Math cannot be integrated with Matomo instead of Google Analytics. While Rank Math does not have a direct integration with Matomo, they can function independently without any conflicts. To use them together, install and set up Rank Math and Matomo on your WordPress site.
