    I am trying to purchase Pro for our website and it will not allow the purchase. I provides a message to contact you. Please let me know what needs to be done to upgrade to PRO as we would like to do this work over the weekend as we are replacing AIOSEO.

    Here is the specific error message I continue to get while I try to upgrade.

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.

    Hello Jeremy,

    We have confirmed that everything is correct and we are using the same card that is used for all of our other plugin’s. We have also called our credit card company and they are NOT blocking the transaction. To triple check, we have attempted to use another credit card and the transaction does not go through either.

    I have also now attempted the purchase from three different internet providers and that did not resolve the issue.

    Please let us know have to resolve this quickly as we want to make this change yet this weekend.

    I have also attempted to purchase pro both from the plugin in our WP instance and directly by logging into our account with RankMath. Both methods fail!

    And to answer your question, I am purchasing in the United States. The message says you are selling through a reseller at the bottom.
