Hey,
I have followed the instructions here to set up rank math with google API:

But after i have created the Google API info and go to rank math > instant indexing tab in WP i can not see the tab for google instant indexing like your screenshot displays

This is what I see in my WP
According to my logic and your instructions, rank math should already have the instant indexing tab visible for google before i follow the google api instructions on your page https://rankmath.com/kb/instant-indexing/

Please re-check the search console settings as this is a problem on the search console, the service account is not listed as an owner. You can follow these steps to fix this:
On the next page, add the service account as an owner with the button:
Then, head back to the Search Console and refresh to confirm that the service account has been added correctly.
If this does not fix the issue, it is possible that you have missed some steps in setting up the plugin.
