Ok I will do it, one more question skipping that process is going to mess up the seo from previous plugin and the current (rankmath), isn’t it

If you skip the process then meta data like focus keywords, custom SEO title, and descriptions, and Schema data, that you had created with SEOPress will not be imported in Rank Math. You will have to set this all up from the beginning. However, the default Schemas like Article Schema will be applied to all your posts and pages.
