This essentially means that when you add a new post or update an existing post/page, Rank Math will update the modified date on the sitemap file and ping search engines that there has been changes on your site that need crawling.

The two plugins seem to possess the same functionality and thus there is not really a need to install the other plugin unless you find that our feature is not effective for your site as my colleague mentioned.
