  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the missing database tables for redirection. It seems that the recreation process did not resolve the problem. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot this further:

    1. Ensure Rank Math is Updated: Make sure that you are using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin. Sometimes, updates can fix underlying issues.

    2. Check Advanced Mode: Ensure that you are in Advanced Mode by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard. This is necessary for accessing all features.
      Select Advanced Mode

    3. Recreate Database Tables Again: Go to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools and click on Re-create Missing Database Tables again.
      Recreate Missing Database Tables

    4. Clear Caches: If you have a caching plugin installed, clear its cache and also clear your browser cache to ensure that you are seeing the most recent changes.
Navigate to the settings of your caching plugin

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it!

    Hello,

In this case, you can forward this SQL code to your web host and run the query in your database to manually create the redirection tables on your site:
    https://pastebin.com/X8AK49MF

You can also install the PHPMyadmin plugin to manually create the redirection tables using the code.

Once the tables are created, try adding the redirects again and check if it’s already working.

    Looking forward to helping you.
