Absolutely, you can use the LiteSpeed Cache plugin in conjunction with Cloudflare. They can work together to enhance the performance and speed of your website. We are not aware of any compatibility issues between them but you should definitely reach out to their support teams to confirm that.
Remember to exclude your sitemap from both of their caches and you should be fine.
