The email i***@p******** is the one I want to use for purchasing Content AI, but on WP it is with a different email, (probably the one who created the site for me and it is the business version, and I don’t want to lose it…) Can I add Content AI to the existing one and purchase it myself?

I’m afraid to use Content AI, you’d need the Content AI subscription to be on the same account connected to your website.
Since your website is connected to your web developer’s business plan, you will need them to purchase the Content AI subscription (which, btw, the credits will be accessible to all websites on their subscription – except they limit it using this guide).
The only alternative is to disconnect your website from their subscription and purchase your own.
