    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for the unexpected delays and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please ensure that you have installed the Rank Math PRO plugin to your site as you would need that together with the Free version.

    Also, please ensure that both plugins is in their latest build.

    After that, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.
