Please head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools, and from there click the Terminate button to cancel the bulk generate process.
After that, please clear the Rank Math transients and then try to generate the meta title and description again in bulk and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#rank-math-transients

the “Terminate button” don`t exist in “Database tools” page.
I try ti cancel transient and restart title and description AI generation but it not found. It seems all blocked.
I have 0/750 credits now

0/750 means you have used 0 of your 750 free credit allocation, which means you still have 750 credits left to use.
If you do not see the option to “Cancel Content AI Bulk Editing Process”, then you do not have any ongoing Content AI bulk editing process. The option will only show when you have an ongoing Content AI bulk editing process.

Hello,
When we logged in to the website it was showing zero available credits but we refreshed the credit count and now it shows the 750 credits remaining.
Having said that, the option to bulk edit SEO metadata is only available for paid subscriptions of Content AI so if you want to update the metadata with the free credits you need to do it inside the snippet editor on a particular page.
