Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the bulk editing options for Schema in Rank Math. It seems like you’re having trouble setting the default Schema type for your posts and using the bulk editing feature to apply the Schema to multiple posts.
Regarding your first question, it looks like you’ve set the “Default rich snippet” to “Article” in Titles & Meta, but it only applied to the latest post and not to the rest of your posts. This could be due to a conflict or an issue with the settings. To resolve this, you can try the following steps:
- Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta in your WordPress admin area.
- Ensure that the “Default rich snippet” is set to “Article” as you’ve mentioned.
- If the issue persists, you can manually set the Schema type for each post by following these steps:
- Open each post individually and navigate to the Schema tab in Rank Math SEO.
- Set the Schema type for each post to “Article” manually.
As for your second question, it seems that you’re unable to find the bulk editing option in the post list page despite enabling it in Titles & Meta. This could be due to a conflict or an issue with the plugin settings. To address this, you can try the following steps:
- Ensure that the bulk editing options are enabled in Titles & Meta.
- If the bulk editing options are still not appearing in the post list page, you can try disabling other plugins temporarily to check if there’s a conflict causing the issue.
- If the issue persists, you can reach out to our support team by assigning this ticket to a human agent using the available buttons, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Bulk Editing Options in the Rank Math SEO Plugin
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
1. Please note that the schema in Titles & Meta affects your new posts and your previous posts where you have not manually added/edited the schema while editing them.
2. The bulk edit option is not for the schema, but for your SEO title, description, and keywords
If you’re referring to setting the schema in bulk, then you may refer to our bulk editing option which is available in Rank Math PRO.
