Bulk edit of Image alt field

    Hi,
    I wonder if I have run into a bug. I was going to bulk edit the image alt fields and when I click the column head ‘Bulk edit this field’ the alt fields that had content in them shows as empty fields. I tried the title bulk edit and that works and populates the title fields with the field content.

    I just updated WordPress to 5.4 and Rank Math to version 1.0.41.2.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    You can continue to make changes to the alt of images that you wish. If you don’t want to change something, just don’t add anything and the previous value will be retained.

    Ok, thanks. Will have to make a note of which images doesn’t have content in the alt fields. Makes it bit tedious but I’ll survive.
