The CSV import / export functionality is available in Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version. Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
Coming back to the issue:
Please make sure the CSV file you’ve has “comma separator” as some CSV has “semi-colon separator”. I would suggest please go through this article for more information on this feature:
