Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO score not being displayed for the first row of pages or posts. This does seem like it could be a bug affecting multiple sites.
To address this issue, we recommend using the Rebuild Index for Analytics tool in Rank Math. This can help resolve any indexing issues that might be causing the SEO scores to show as ‘N/A’. You can find this option by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools and then clicking on Rebuild Index for Analytics.

If the problem persists after rebuilding the index, please reply to your ticket with more details, including the URLs of the affected pages, so a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Rebuilding indexes did nothing that I can detect. This should be easily repeated at your end if it’s a bug.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
To resolve this issue, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools. Then, click on the button “Recalculate Score”, and wait for it to process.

After that, check and see if the SEO score is updated.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at your website to investigate this further. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the plugin below to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
Recalculating scores did nothing to resolve this bug, which is occurring on more than thirty websites.
It seems as though you did not read my original post. The SEO score disappears from the top row, regardless of the page or post. Sorting differently still shows ‘N/A’ for the top row, and the previous top-row item has it’s SEO score elsewhere in the list.
I have this bug also, support has not replied to my ticket yet on it. Clearly related to the latest update from their side as it just started then.
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
We’re able to replicate this issue with the latest version of Rank Math.
This has been forwarded to our development team for investigation, and they are already checking this internally.
Once we have an update about this, we will inform you here as well.
We really appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Looking forward to helping you.
