The Latest Version of Your Page Hasn’t Been Indexed: Use the URL Inspection Tool in Google Search Console to check if Google has indexed the latest version of your page. If it hasn’t, you can request indexing to prompt Google to re-crawl your page.

Please note that the snippet preview in the Titles & Meta section is only an example and won’t match the ones from your posts.
Additionally, this option only works when the description field is left empty while editing the post.
If you have already input a customized description while editing your posts (like in your screenshot), it will not be affected by the single description in Titles & Meta settings, as it acts as a default value only.
