Hi, I’m wondering why I’m seeing two different results, on the backend, under SEO detail from Page section, “Underwear Size Charts: Helpful Guidelines” says 49/100, and on the page that I’m editing, it says 82/100 from the SEO section.

Wondering if this is a bug or if something odd is going on? As I noticed this since yesterday, and it hasn’t been updated to the correct version. I have added the image to sensitive data, so you can see what I’m referring to. Let me know if you need more information about it.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO score discrepancies for your page "Underwear Size Charts: Helpful Guidelines." This can happen due to various reasons, such as updates in the scoring algorithms or if the SEO scores have not been recalculated after changes were made to the content or settings.

To resolve this, we recommend using the Recalculate Scores feature in Rank Math. This tool will help update the SEO scores for your published posts where the focus keyword is set. You can find this option in the Rank Math dashboard under Status & Tools. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to Rank Math > Status & Tools.
    2. Click on Recalculate Scores.
    3. A popup will appear, and Rank Math will start recalculating the SEO scores for your posts.

    Update SEO Scores

If the issue persists after recalculating the scores, please reply to this ticket with your site URL and any additional details you think might help. A human agent from our support team will take over and assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Okay from Rank bot, that seems to work, but it has updated all pages that I’ve done to the new score, but notice now that what I see at backend match to page editing under Elementor page, but when I do it under a non-Elementor page (Edit from wordpress), I get a different SEO score… wondering what’s going on here? Let me know if you need the images about it, so you can see what I’m seeing.

    Hello,

Please note that page builders like Divi and Elementor generate content using shortcodes, which are processed and rendered dynamically when the page is viewed.

This approach differs from the default WordPress editor, which uses blocks to structure content directly in the HTML, without relying on shortcodes.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Ah, so that’s why I see two different SEO Scores, from WordPress version vs Elementor. As I notice the WordPress version makes the Rank Maths SEO score lower than what Elementor show.

Since I wasn’t sure if this was a bug or normal.

Thanks for the clarification. I will ignore the WordPress version for the page version/section, since I used Elementor instead, which I find much easier than WordPress gives me in blocks.

    Hello,

We are glad that we could address your concern.

Please feel free to reach out to us again in case you need any other assistance.

    We are here to help.
