RegEx in Rank Math’s Redirection is fully supported. If the redirections with RegEx types are working before, please check if there are other plugins that might be conflicting with Rank Math’s redirection module. To determine that, please refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, could you please share a screenshot of the redirection entry you created?
