Broken Links In Page Source Caused By Rank Math

    Rank Math seems to be causing some internal broken links on my website. When I run a broken link checker I get a bunch of broken links in the page source as domain.com?p=424/

    I am 100% positive this is caused by Rank Math as when I disable the plugin the broken links go away.

    How do I fix this?

    The broken links are caused by some redirection loops. Could you please share a copy of the kind of custom redirections that you have created via the Rank Math > Redirection page?

    Hello,

    You have shortlinks in your page’s source and they are getting redirected in a loop because Rank Math passes the query strings to the source. I couldn’t find any evident issue in the Redirects you sent but I would request you to disable them all and re-activate one by one until you find the problematic redirect.

    But first, you must ensure you haven’t enabled the fallback for 404s to your homepage at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Redirects.

    Choose normal 404 there:
    null
