Breadcrumbs not working

    Good evening team,

    I think we have configured our Breadcrumbs correctly but we have 2 issues.

    1) They are not being showed up on the interface.
    2) They are not being correctly displayed in the data markup (the category is missing).

    Right now, it shows? SEOAlive.com -> Name of the article
    When it should be: SEOAlive.com -> Blog -> Blog Category -> Name of the article

    Example= https://seoalive.com/factores-seo-2020/

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    1). Can you confirm that you have added the shortcode or the PHP code on your page template to display the breadcrumbs?

    <?php if (function_exists('rank_math_the_breadcrumbs')) rank_math_the_breadcrumbs(); ?>
    OR
    

    2). You can fix this by selecting the primary category on the post. This option will only be available on the classic editor, it is not available on the Gutenberg editor.

    Not sure where do I need to add that exactly, sorry. Each of the posts right now has a category selected but this is not showing by default on breadcrumbs.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
