breadcrumbs not appearing in header, flatsome theme - Support

Hello,

I’m trying to get the site on the product page to show the categories as breadcrumbs but I only get Home> product title

I have active categories and nothing.
I use the Flatsome theme
I tried the diagnostic mode and it still doesn’t show me.

if I deactivate Rank seo if the categories appear

I also had this seo plugin installed on another subdomain. and I installed it in the one that I am now working on and imported the configurations but it did not pass the ones that the products had .. how is it done in this case?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please ensure you have selected “Category” as your “Primary Taxonomy” and you should be able to see the selected category in your product page’s breadcrumbs. You can check that by heading over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products.

Hello, good day thanks, If with that configuration now the categories appear and not only the title of the product

I have another problem, it is that I exported the configuration I had of Rank seo in another domain, with the same products; and only imported the configuration but in the products it does not appear what was made of seo in each product.

That must be done manually? or is there a way to make it automatic?

Hello,

Thank you for the follow-up.

I’m assuming that you have exported your products from the Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export option. Could you please confirm?

If so, please export your products through the WordPress export option on your WP Dashboard > Tools > Export to include metadata like titles, descriptions, keywords, etc.
