Hello,
I have just come up with an issue in my food blog. Whenever I access my “recipes” archive through the breadcrumbs of any given recipe post, it shows a different URL than when I navigate the archive directly. Moreover, when i access it through the breadcrumbs and then click on any other recipe category it doesnt show any content at all.
Precisely, this is what happens:
I’m on a recipe post, for example “The best carrot and coriander soup”. On the breadcrumbs, I click on the category this recipe belongs to, “Soups & Stews”, which leads me to my recipes archive, but with a different URL(/recipe-category/soups-stews/) than if I access it through the main menu (/recipes/?jsf=epro-archive&tax=recipe_category:27).
From there, whenever I click on any other recipe category (breakfast, dessert, etc) it doesn’t show any of my other posts. Instead, I get this message: “It seems we can\’t find what you\’re looking for.”
What’s even stranger, is that on the Croatian language site the same thing happens, with the addition that if I’m following the breadcrumb pathway with the different URL, and then I click on RECIPES on the main menu, it gives a 404 error. It feels to me like there may be an incompatibility with the breadcrumbs feature and the Recipes custom post type, or that maybe I haven’t set up RankMath they way I should have.
Thanks in advance.
