The breadcrumb schema is showing the error because the page is still a homepage version which means there are no child elements and therefore the second item in breadcrumbs list is empty.
Your homepage appears to be paginated but I can’t seem to find any of the pagination definitions. Page 47 is exactly the same as the first page. You can remove these paginated pages by setting them to noindex in Rank math > Titles & Meta > Misc pages.
Once you have set the paginated pages to noindex, you can validate your URLs again in the GSC , give it sometime to fetch new data, and let us know how it goes.

I am using rankmath plugin but after the update, I am getting this error from the google search console.

After checking your page in the AMP Validator (https://validator.ampproject.org/#url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.percentageformula.com%2Famp) it seems your AMP plugin is generating a lot of AMP issues, so that should be the reason you are getting that other issue you are talking about.
