It sounds really weird. Have you added the Rank Math code for the breadcrumbs? If you did it, it could be a conflict with some plugin or the theme, so to be sure, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Looks like the theme itself is causing issues – it’s a custom theme. Is there a way to share a screenshot with you to help fix? Or best to just go back to my Yoast SEO plugin?
