This is a bit unexpected, I can suggest that you get in touch with your developer and check if they are in a position to fix this using the following filter:

 * Allow changing or removing the Breadcrumb items
 *

 */
add_filter( 'rank_math/frontend/breadcrumb/items', function( $crumbs, $class ) {
	return $crumbs;
}, 10, 2);
