Can you please make sure that your Primary Taxonomy is set to “Categories”?
You can check it by going to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post types > Posts > Primary Taxonomy > Select Categories.

I fixed this by re-creating again the page. I think something happens upon publishing the post that’s why the breadcrumbs behave that way.
As you can see the new page breadcrumbs working fine now. (Attached in the Sensitive Data section)

Although, I have many pages with this issue. Will I have to change them all manually or would there be a faster way?
