The breadcrumbs background colour is not added by Rank Math. It looks like your theme adding this background colour. However, you can apply the following custom CSS on your site to change the background colour:

The page that is missing the breadcrumbs is using a different template than the others so you would need to add the breadcrumbs to that same template as well.
The breadcrumbs seem to be added to the Default template and the page that is missing them is using the Elementor Full Width template.

I did, clean cache both, from wp and by hosting but I didn’t see, I tried as well by other browser and same, can’t see it.

If you’re referring to https://www.galbiatidentalgroup.com/galbiati-dental-group/, then you may need to apply the breadcrumbs to the Elementor Full Width template as well as my colleague mentioned above.
The breadcrumbs are only applied to the Default template, that’s why it’s not showing on that page.
