We apologize for the issue you are facing. To activate your new Rank Math PRO license on your website, please follow these steps:

1. Connect Your Website: Go to the Rank Math settings in your WordPress dashboard. You should see an option to connect your Rank Math account. Click on the Connect Now button.
   

2. Activate Your License: After clicking Connect Now, you will be redirected to rankmath.com to activate your license. Make sure to use the same account associated with your new Rank Math subscription. In the Plugin Activation dialog box, select your new license and click the OK, ACTIVATE NOW button.
   

3. Confirm Activation: You can confirm that your Rank Math PRO license has been activated successfully by checking the Help tab in the Rank Math dashboard.

If you have multiple websites, repeat these steps for each website you want to activate with your new license.

To utilize Rank Math PRO’s features, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.

Then, reconnect your website with your Rank Math account to fully utilize all the features and get rid of the issues you are facing. You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again on the same page. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

Please note that your SEO settings are safely stored in the database and will not be affected by any of these steps.
