    It would appear your book schema type isn’t working. After filling out all required fields for the book and the edition we review the data and most of the information is incorrect. The author is shown as the post creator instead of the data in the author field.

    Honestly, it looks like the entire schema is wrong. It looks like the page schema just shows a bunch of information about the page, website, and author of the post. It isn’t well-formed and it almost looks like it is just collapsing some book details and the post details into one.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with book review schema.

    It seems Google has difficulty handling the book schema so I tested it using the schema.org validator and it passed. The author you noticed is the author of the book review. The book author property is detected in the schema.org validator as shown in the screencast (in sensitive data).
